    1. Complete non profit set-up (see below for what this includes): $1,895-$2,995

    2. Tax returns (Form 990, 990-EZ, FTB 199): $125/hour

    3. Tax returns (990-N, 199-N, RRF-1): $95/form

    4. IRS application for larger organizations (Form 1023): $1,295-$1,795 (+ $600 filing fee)

    5. IRS application - $50K/yr or less (Form 1023-EZ): $495 (+ $275 filing fee)

    6. Calif. Statement of Information: $125 + $20 filing fee

    7. Calif. Tax exemption (Form 3500A): $195
    8. Calif. Tax exemption (Form 3500): $895
    9. Calif. Attorney General registration (Form CT-1): $250

    10. Amending your Articles of Inc.: $895 (+$110 for service/filing fees)
    11. Dissolving your nonprofit: $895-$1,295 (+$110 for service/filing fees)
    12. Registering your out-of-state nonprofit in Calif.: $895+gov't fees (about $100)

    Complete set-up includes incorporation, state & federal tax exemption, tax ID #, bylaws, custom binder filled with valuable resources, Atty. General registration, and lots of guidance. (See below for filing fees, which are additional.)

    Filing fees: the IRS application fee is $275 for low budget organizations ($50K or under/year) and $600 for all others.
    Incorporation fees vary from state to state. In California it's about $50.
